Specialty dinners are held throughout the year, ranging from five-course wine dinners, to al fresco picnics, to beer dinners. We also offer cooking classes to give our members a chance to improve their own skills in the kitchen.

Executive Chef Scott Motschenbacher excels at creating interesting menus that are both unique and approachable. Though our normal dining menu is a treat in itself, Oxbow's specialty culinary events provide an exciting change of pace to members who like to participate in more adventurous dining experiences.
