| BANQUET FACILITIES Oxbow Country Club offers a unique setting for a variety of
occasions. Special occasion dining, company banquets, retirement parties, grooms dinners,
and wedding receptions are among the most widely held functions at the Oxbow Clubhouse.
Oxbow offers three dining areas that may be enjoyed for patrons of 2 to 200 in count.
Luncheon, dinner and reception menu selections contain an
array of items we have found to be the most popular. We are happy to develop special
menus, from ethnic dishes to a good ol burger and brat bar, to cater to your
specific needs. Our talented Chef and friendly professional waitstaff have years of
successful experiences to share with you.
Luncheon selections include items such as:
Fresh croissant sandwich; broiled chicken breast sandwich on a grilled Kaiser; oven baked
quarter chicken with homemade mashed potatoes; chicken breast fettucini; roast sirloin au
jus; baked lemon peppered cod; broiled sirloin steak sandwich; braised peppered beef tips;
grilled chicken salad; grilled chicken Caesar; and chefs salad. Prices ranging from $6.75
to $12.95 per plate.
Banquet Dinner Selections include items such as:
Chicken breast Vesuvio; Stuffed chicken breast with wild rice dressing; Chicken cordon
bleu; Chicken breast almondine; Marinated pork loin chop fettucini; BBQ ribs; Southwestern
herb rubbed sirloin; roast prime rib au jus; Filet mignon; Broiled walleye; Atlantic
salmon, Broiled prawns; Halibut steak; Chicken or petite filet mignon oscar.
These items are served with the Oxbow house salad, choice of potato, and fresh baked
French chevernay rolls & butter. Prices range from $16.50 to $28.50 per plate.

A before dinner hors d oeuvres spread typically
ranges from $6.00 to $10.00 per person. An hors d oeuvres spread enjoyed as a
complete meal may range from $12.95 per person and up.
Oxbow offers a complete selection of beverages from Bel
Arbor house wines, domestic and imported beers to top shelf liquors.
Golf banquets may be scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays through the
golf season. Packages start at $65 per person. Includes golf fees, food function, and golf
